Padel

What is your level?

1.00–1.50 — Beginner

I have no or very limited experience and have only recently started playing. I am still learning the basic rules, strokes, and positions.

1.50–2.00 — Upper Beginner

I feel more secure at the back of the court and tend to avoid going to the net. I often struggle to return the ball after it rebounds off the wall.

2.00–2.50 — Lower Intermediate

I have some control of the ball and my accuracy is improving. The speed of my shots is higher, and my positioning on court with my partner is getting better, but I still make frequent errors.

2.50–3.00 — Intermediate

My ball speed has improved and my returns are more consistent. I am starting to play more at the net, and rebound shots off the walls are becoming easier, although not yet fully reliable.

3.00–3.50 — Solid Intermediate

I am generally more consistent, with more accurate shots and better use of rebounds off the walls. My serve is reliable and I am comfortable playing volleys at the net.

3.50–4.00 — Upper Intermediate

I am an aggressive player with good court positioning and can create winning shots. I build points with my partner, but still make some errors on more difficult or powerful shots.

4.00–5.00 — Advanced

I am a strong and consistent player. I make relatively few unforced errors, anticipate well, construct points intelligently, and understand when to take calculated risks to win points.

5.00+ — Advanced Pro

I regularly compete and am effective in both attack and defence. I finish points more often, and confidently use smashes, volleys, and the glass under pressure.
